Shipping- How it Works
After an order has been successfully placed, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email.
The Goods ordered will be dispatched for delivery within 1-2 working days of the order being confirmed (during Christmas, sale periods and new product launches, this may take up to 3 working days).
If Next Day Special Delivery has been selected at the checkout, customers are to expect their Goods to be dispatched the next working day and delivered a day after that.
Standard Delivery is not available on items of the value of £30 or more.

Please note: We strongly recommend selecting a Signed For delivery option to ensure you are able track your orders and be prepared to receive them. If in rare circumstances your Goods are lost in the post, we will be able to look into the matter and may assist with a replacement for you.
The delivery of an order is considered as fully completed when the Goods have been successfully delivered to the address given to us upon the transaction.
For deliveries outside the UK, International Signed For Delivery will be applied automatically at the checkout.

UNDELIVERED & RETURNS TO SENDER
If your goods have not arrived outside of the expected delivery period, customers are to inform us via email or the get in touch page and we will look into the matter and find a quick solution.
If Royal Mail delivers Goods to the correct delivery address provided by the customer, but there is no one to receive the Goods, they will leave a note detailing the relevant collection point of the local post office.
Goods must be claimed by the deadline stated on the note or else they will be returned to the Sender.
If packages are returned to the Sender, the Customer will be informed via email after which the Goods may be resent and the Customer will be liable to incur the fee of postage & packaging.
Faulty Items
In the unlikely event of Goods arriving damaged or faulty with an apparent manufacturing error, customers must inform us by email at info@revealedbyren.com within 7 days of receiving the item(s) detailing their concerns.
If a manufacturing error is identified by us, the customer may be entitled to receive a replacement.
This is only applied at the discretion of the Seller and can only be considered where sufficient images and explanation have been supplied by the customer within 7 days of receiving the Goods.
If required, we may request further information from the customer to assist with the process.
Should any concerns be raised with our team, we will endeavour to review and resolve things as swiftly as possible.
